You must have a valid Zoom account and authorization to install Zoom applications. Only meeting hosts or authorized users may enable the Service in a Zoom meeting.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that meeting participants are informed that AI-generated captions, translations, and summaries are enabled
  • Complying with all applicable laws, including consent and recording laws
  • Using the Service only for lawful purposes

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate captions, translations, summaries, and recaps.

  • AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies or omissions
  • The Service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability
  • The Service is not a substitute for professional transcription, interpretation, legal, medical, or other professional services

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

The Service processes live meeting audio in real time solely to provide its features.

  • Audio is not recorded or stored
  • Video is not accessed or stored
  • Meeting data is not retained long-term

6. Summaries and Downloads

After a meeting, the Service may generate AI-powered summaries and recaps.

  • Users may manually download summaries
  • The Service does not retain summaries long-term after delivery
  • Users are responsible for storing, sharing, and securing downloaded content

7. Freemium Model and Billing

The Service may be offered under a freemium model, which may include:

  • A free tier with usage limits
  • Paid plans that unlock additional features or usage

Pricing, limits, and features may change over time. Any paid upgrade requires explicit user consent.

8. Availability and Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and technology associated with the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

  • Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the prior 12 months

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Upon uninstallation, OAuth access is revoked and the Service no longer has access to Zoom data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
