Installation

  1. 1Go to Zoom App Marketplace
  2. 2Search for MeetingSync AI
  3. 3Click "Add to Zoom"
  4. 4Authorize permissions

Only meeting hosts can install the app.

How to Use

  1. 1Start a Zoom meeting
  2. 2Add the assistant from the Apps panel
  3. 3The assistant joins as a visible participant
  4. 4Captions and translation appear live
  5. 5Download the summary after the meeting

How to Uninstall

  1. 1Go to Zoom App Marketplace
  2. 2Open "Manage Apps"
  3. 3Select MeetingSync AI
  4. 4Click "Remove"

Uninstalling immediately revokes all access.

Troubleshooting

  2. 2Check internet connection
  3. 3Verify language support
  4. 4Contact support if needed
